If you wish to get coverage from COMFLM REGISTRY NEWS, we own the footage, unless in a special contract signed agreement pre arrangement for a private contract all work is NEWS.  Costs for work vary depending on crews time and distance.   Any donation that totals less than $100.00 per individual on a given shoot is an expense and not a wage or contract.  Comflm, Registry Members reserve the rights to assemble necessary crews per individual assignments.   If you would like to ask for volunteer Crews, then amenities of travel and food must be provided no less than 50.00 per individual.  Comflm, is a collection of Reporter outlets individuals  that are in various standing in the media market.  We assist individuals in the non commercial community  to find suitable coverage free of charge at this time.  This is not an agency.  We are attempting to consolidate the focus and give Independant Media a vehicle to network and develop a professional approach creating learning teams that can evolve to the paid media pool.  In other words the efforts of Comflm are educational in nature and we encourage volunteers to volunteer time to produce public works documents that are archivable format.  They are in control of their work at all times.  A Comflm Reporter Videographer is an owner of their compilations.
